THE JEFFERSON CONDO CONV (Completed Project)

The Jefferson was a 30 unit apartment building located in upper N.W. DC. We converted the 30 units into 28 condo units including (2) multi-floor Penthouse units.

• Created 28 Units including; (10) 1BR, (10) 2BR, (6) 2BR,1Den, (2) 3BR Multi-floor Penthouses

• New Infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, framing, Heat/AC)

• Build out of rooftop decks for Penthouses

• Navigation of District (DC) zoning and regulatory laws, historic build permits and tight space negotiation with neighboring properties
